NCMS was established in 2002 in Cornelius, North Carolina for the purpose of training individuals in the health professional career field of Massage Therapy.
With a legacy of excellence and hundreds of successful graduates across North Carolina, NCMS is a trusted name in massage and bodywork education. NC Massage School is approved by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy.

How our program has grown
For more than two decades, NC Massage School has proudly offered a rigorous and highly respected massage therapy education. While our core philosophy and high standards remain unchanged, recent updates to North Carolina state requirements presented an opportunity to enhance and modernize our curriculum while preserving what makes our program exceptional.
To meet the new 650-hour state requirement while continuing to offer our renowned Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) training, we have expanded our program to 700 hours. This not only ensures compliance with updated regulations but also strengthens our ability to provide students with a comprehensive, well-rounded education that goes beyond the basics.
