NC Massage School respects your privacy and provides a way for applicants, students, faculty, and staff to request deletion of personal information where applicable.

Requesting Deletion of Your Information

MH Lake Norman LLC, doing business as NC Massage School (“NCMS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operates the NCMS MyPath platform at ncmassageschool.net (“MyPath” or “the Service”). This page explains how users may request deletion of personal information associated with MyPath, the NC Massage School website, and related administrative records.
Data deletion requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law, educational recordkeeping requirements, school policies, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who May Request Data Deletion
Data deletion requests may be submitted by applicants, prospective students, enrolled students, former students, faculty, administrative staff, or other users who have provided personal information to NC Massage School through MyPath, our website, or related school communications.
2. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request
To request the deletion of your personal information, please email NC Massage School at admin@ncmassageschool.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full legal name
- The email address associated with your MyPath account or NC Massage School records
- Your phone number, if previously provided
- Your relationship to NC Massage School, such as applicant, student, former student, faculty, or staff
- A clear description of the information you would like deleted
- Any additional details that may help us locate your records

3. Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion of records, NC Massage School may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to confirm information associated with your account or provide additional details to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
4. Information That May Be Deleted
Depending on your relationship with NC Massage School and applicable recordkeeping requirements, we may be able to delete or anonymize certain personal information, such as:
- Inactive application records where retention is no longer required
- Certain contact details no longer needed for administrative purposes
- Non-essential communications or inquiry records
- Unused or inactive MyPath account information, where applicable
- Optional information that is not required for compliance, enrollment, student records, or school operations
5. Information We May Need to Retain
Some information may not be eligible for deletion if NC Massage School is required or permitted to retain it for legal, regulatory, educational, financial, safety, or administrative reasons.
Examples of records that may need to be retained include:
- Signed enrollment agreements
- Attendance and clock-hour records
- Transcript and academic progress records
- Financial records, including charges, payments, credits, receipts, or balances
- Records required by state regulators, accreditors, or applicable law
- Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the rights and safety of NC Massage School, students, faculty, staff, or others
If certain records cannot be deleted, we will explain the reason when responding to your request.
6. Google Account Access
If you signed in to MyPath using Google, you may revoke MyPath’s access to your Google account through your Google account settings at any time. Revoking access prevents future sign-ins or account access through that connection, but it does not automatically delete information already collected by NC Massage School.
To request deletion of information already collected, please submit a data deletion request by emailing admin@ncmassageschool.com.
7. Response Time
NC Massage School will review and respond to data deletion requests within a reasonable time. The time needed to complete a request may vary depending on the type of information involved, the need to verify identity, and any applicable legal or educational recordkeeping obligations.
