4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting applications, admissions questionnaires, enrollment documents, contact details, payment records, or other information through the Service.

NC Massage School may rely on the information you provide for admissions, enrollment, educational recordkeeping, communications, and compliance purposes.

ATLAS may allow you to review, acknowledge, initial, or electronically sign forms, agreements, disclosures, and other school-related documents.

By submitting an electronic signature, typed name, checkbox acknowledgment, initials, or similar action, you agree that your electronic action may have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, where permitted by applicable law.

7. Payments and Financial Records

ATLAS may display or track charges, payments, credits, balances, receipts, or invoices for administrative purposes. The application fee is paid by card at registration through Stripe, our payment processor. Other payments may be processed outside of ATLAS.

Any tuition, fees, refunds, payment deadlines, or financial obligations are governed by the applicable enrollment agreement, school policy, or written agreement between you and NC Massage School.
