Registration and Refund Policy

Registrations for all workshops at the NC Massage School are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. All events have limited enrollment, and many workshops fill up quickly.

Payment must be received in order to reserve your space. You may register either by:

• Paying the full workshop fee - [OR] - Paying 50% deposit on the workshop fee, with the balance paid at least 7 days prior to the event.

Those who are paying by credit or debit card and choose the 50% deposit option shall have the balance of the workshop fee charged to their card 7 days before the event.

If you're paying with VISA/MC, you may register online, or by phone. If you prefer to pay with a personal check, cash or money order, you may print out the online form and mail it to the NC Massage School.

You will receive a confirmation of registration by either email or regular mail.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to an event, you'll receive a refund (less a $15 processing fee), with no questions asked.

If you cancel your registration with LESS THAN 7 days to an event – for any reason – no refunds or credits towards future workshops will be given.

Notice of cancellation may be made by phone or in writing. Written notice shall be delivered to the NC Massage School via email, or regular mail. The date of cancellation shall be considered the actual date such notice is received at the NC Massage School. Refunds for credit card payments shall be made within 5 business days; payments by check shall be refunded within 10 business days.
