Course description: 8 person maximum size class.

1. In order to understand what is happening (symptoms) we must first understand Why (the root cause) and How (the context). A.K.A. Deepen your critical thinking as to why people hurt and how to help.

2. Deepen your skill set in palpating myofascial trigger point epicenters. Conceptual and hands on exploration of the structural, functional and neurobiology aspects of musculoskeletal pain.

3. Explore and apply a comprehensive postural, movement, massage and neuroplastic therapy model to the most common ailments facing our clients and selves. Postural and movement therapy is based on Marty’s training in the Egoscue and The Feldenkrais Methods.

3. Consistent successful therapy is a result of empowering clients with knowledge of root causes of pain with easily implemented self-care solutions and a therapist who thinks outside the “box” of traditional means and uses many modalities to treat pain which does not have a one size fits all cookie cutter solution.

4. Marty will bridge the two worlds of evidence based and practiced based and leave you wanting more and an immediate ability to serve clients more effectively, easily and generate more business as a “problem solver.”

Day 1: Neck pain , shoulder dysfunction, headaches. Day 2: painful hips, enigmatic low back pain , grumpy knees
