Learn to release and create space to receive and make room for the new. This workshop helps to increase energy and calm the mind. Yoga asana along with essential oils assist in emotional healing, releasing stagnant energy, feelings or blockages, increasing the flow of prana.
Heart openers and gentle backbends will help us let go of difficult feelings while feeling safe and supported. The combination of oils and yoga asana provide a cathartic experience woven into a therapeutic style of yoga fostering creative emotional balance and healing. Develop a radiant soul connection

Pranayama : Breathwork to prepare the mind and body for movement
Asana : Gentle Vinyasa Flow with pauses for essential oil application
Svasana : Rest
Guided Mediation : To awaken and reconnect body, mind and spirit
This yoga workshop is designed to be a therapeutic experience for ALL LEVELS! Specifically chosen poses and essential oils combine to enhance the physical and emotional aspects of yoga, both deepening your practice while harmonizing body, mind and spirit.
