Chapter 6–Ethical Practice Management

Ethical practice management requires integrity, honesty and morality in running a massage business. Understanding the the basic paperwork involved in massage is crucial. How you interact with colleagues and clients in a business manner will often be a key determining factor in the longevity of your practice.

Learn to develop a policy statement, the foundation of your professional boundaries.
Acquire skills to IMPLEMENT your policy statement, otherwise what’s the point?
Identify the key factors in a consent form.
Learn HIPAA requirements.
Decide when to dismiss a client.

Testing:

Once you have read the course material, please complete the accompanying multiple choice test and e-mail it back to admin@ncmassageschool.com. Your test will be promptly graded and you will receive, via e-mail, your grade and a copy of the correct answers. You will be emailed your 3 Hour Certificate of Achievement.
